From liaising with the media to producing corporate publications and fostering employee engagement, Communication plays a central and strategic role in getting the right message to the right audiences, at the right time.
The Communication function comprises both internal and external communications, aiming to deliver consistent, tailored messages to the various Group stakeholders via numerous channels including web, print, and video. The Communication team takes a leading role in how the Group interacts with employees worldwide as well as with our customers, communities, business partners, financial institutions and other key stakeholders. Given a business that covers five regions and the full value chain in our operations, we must reach audiences at locations everywhere in the world to address issues that are complex and vital to the world’s future.
